Los Angeles based director is seeking a score composer and/or music to license for an independent comedy feature film. Synopsis: 40 something year old Frankie has begged his wife to let him purchase a drone for years. Desperately wanting to escape the humdrum life of an accountant, he plans to start up a new business venture as an aerial photographer with his life-long best friend, Dave, who still lives at home in his parents basement. On the maiden flight, they accidentally film a mob hit and the drone is seen. Frantically, they try get it out of sight and subsequently crash it! Frankie and Dave are now on a race to find the drone and destroy the evidence all before the mob finds them. Seeking quirky, comedic tracks with some dark undertones. Also seeking music that is suspenseful and intense but has a silly vibe. Composer and musicians from all geographical areas will be considered. Compensation: Low budget (negotiable fees); Additional fees may be negotiated in the event of a distribution deal or if other commercial opportunities are presented for the film.
